Postbillpay® by phone allows you to pay your Request for Payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the convenience of your home, workplace or a mobile phone.
Postbillpay® operators are available throughout the process to provide assistance, if required.
You are automatically given a Payment ID as confirmation of each individual payment process during the call.

To pay your Request for Payment in person, simply visit one of the Australia Post outlets and present your Request for Payment over-the-counter, with your chosen method of payment* for an easy and secure payment option.
A receipt will be given to you as record of payment.
Postbillpay® is available at more than 3800 outlets around Australia.
*Methods of payment are cash, EFTPOS, credit card and cheque.

Postbillpay® on the Internet allows you to pay your Request for Payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the convenience of any computer connected to the Internet.
The Internet service will take you through a simple step-by-step process with clear instructions. You will be asked to enter your credit card details,* the Billpay code and reference number (as shown on the Request for Payment) and the amount that you're required to pay.

Cheques or money orders should be crossed marked “Not Negotiable” and made payable to Marine Safety Victoria.
