Marine Safety Victoria (MSV) is committed to protecting personal and sensitive information consistent with the principles set out in the Victorian Information Privacy Act 2000. This Privacy Statement applies to the whole MSV web site. It does not apply to linked web sites and you should familiarise yourself with privacy statements of any site you link to.

Collection of personal and other information

You can access the MSV web site and browse anonymously without providing your personal information or without you being identified. However, some of the functions and services provided by this web site require you to provide certain personal information. This is the only personal information collected by MSV via this web site.
