What is the Boating Safety and Facilities Program?
The Boating Safety and Facilities Program is a State government funding initiative that plays an important role in making boating safer and more accessible for all Victorians.
Where does funding come from?
The Program is funded from revenue received from a portion of recreational boat operator licensing fees and recreational vessel registration fees.
Who can apply?
The Program allocates funds to individual grant-based projects initiated by community, agency or stakeholder groups and to Statewide programs initiated by MSV under the following categories:
